Fabian Alonzo,41, passed away on April 9th, 2022, in his hometown of Lubbock, Texas.
He was born in Lubbock to Joe and Norma Alonzo on January 11, 1981. As a child, Fabian wreaked havoc on the ranch amongst his only brother, cousins, neighbors, and friends.
He was a self-employed mechanic; but better yet known as a jack of all trades because there was nothing that he couldn’t do. He was famous for his charismatic charm and his smooth talkin’ with the ladies. The simplest pleasures in life brought him great joy as he loved showing off his dance moves, making his friends and family laugh, spending time with his kids, and riding his motorcycle. Fabian was blessed with a large and loving family. Although Fabian was only one of two children, he was blessed to have ten children of his own. He taught his children to live life on the edge, to take risks, and to live each day like it was their last.
Fabian is survived by his parents; Joe and Norma; one brother; Joe Adam (Shaneque); his children, Kaden (Myka), Destini, Brylee, Karsyn, Isaiah, Fabian Jr, Kevin; his dog, Odie.
He is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents: Francisco Soto, Isabel Treviño Torres, Manuel Alonzo, and Maria Alonzo.
Services for Fabian Alonzo will be 10:00 am Friday, April 22, 2022, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Martin Pina officiating. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.
