Sunny Charlotte McAdams, 79 passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 at Covenant Medical Center. Services for Mrs. McAdams will be Monday, April 6, 2015 at Broadway Funeral Directors. Private burial will follow at a later date under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors. Family will accept friends from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, April 5, 2015.

Sunny was born January 23, 1936 in Lubbock to Thaddeus Preston and Johnnie Mae Carver. She graduated from Lubbock High School in 1954. She worked as a waitress for most and was a singer/song writer who loved art, gardening and spending time with her family.

She is survived by one son, Preston David McAdams and wife Theresa of Arkansas; three daughters, Brenda Kay Gariepy and husband Edward of Bog Spring, Rebecca Lynn Gariepy and husband Richard Lubbock, Joaney Lea Patton and husband William William; eight grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.
