Shari Elizabeth Ashley

Shari Elizabeth Ashley, 60, was born November 16, 1961, in Lubbock County to William & Raye Jean Bowlus. She graduated from Coronado High School in 1980 and worked as an interpreter for L.I.S.D. for many years.  She enjoyed scrapbooking, sewing, and decorating her house. Shari loved studying the Bible and would read as much as she could.  More than anything, Shari loved spending time with her son.

On August 14, 2022, Shari peacefully passed and walked through heaven’s gates to be with her Savior. She left behind her son, Tanner Kyle Ashley of San Antonio, and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Candace Michelle Ashley.

A memorial for Shari Elizabeth Ashley will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 25, 2022, in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors with Pastor Jerry Stewart officiating. All arrangements were made under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.
