Roy Cardenas

Roy Christopher Cardenas 32, of Lubbock passed away Tuesday February 21, 2017.  Family and friends will gather to remember his life, Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 10:00 am in The Refuge Sanctuary, 4308 58 ^th Street. Arrangements are under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.

He was born August 10, 1984 in Lubbock, Texas to the late Ramiro and Mary Ann Cardenas. He lived in Lubbock all his life. He was very much an outdoorsman treasuring motorcycles, bar b ques and fishing. Roy was also a very loving person.

He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents Nora and Gene Huddleston.

Those left to honor his memory are his son Roy Christopher Cardenas Jr. of Lubbock; Daughters Jaylyn Cardenas and Alicia Laird of Lubbock; Brothers Michael Ramiro-Cardenas, Ricky Roberson, Isaiah Garcia and Ramsey Cardenas all of Lubbock; Sisters Gloria Cheek of Lubbock, Theresa Adame of Idaho, Melissa Cheek of Lubbock, Michelle Cardenas-Madrid of Lubbock.
