Peggy Delgado

Peggy Moa Delgado, 57, was born November 23, 1964, in Lakeland, FL. to Joe Moa & Irene Martinez.  She married Jose Delgado on March 26, 1982, in Lubbock and worked as an Insurance Agent for many years.  She enjoyed going to bingo, playing volleyball, cooking, and going to casinos; but above all, Peggy loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

In the very early morning of May 30, 2022, Peggy Moa Delgado was called from the earth and into the loving arms of her eternal father.  Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of forty years, Jose Delgado of Lubbock; three sons, Joe Junior & Crystal Delgado, Anthony Joe & Emily Delgado, Cody Joe & Rachael Delgado all of Lubbock; one daughter, Nichole Marie & Josh Soto of Lubbock; two brothers, Ruben Moa of Florida, Michael Moa of Lubbock; two sisters, Mary Moa of Lubbock, Tina Gomez of Houston; eight grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by a brother, Baby Moa, and her parents, Joe Moa and Irene Martinez

Services for Mrs. Delgado will be 10:00 am Friday, June 3, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Martin Pina officiating.   Burial will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors. A rosary will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, June 2, 2022, in The Chapel of Broadway Funeral Directors with visitation starting at 10:00 am.
