Paul Lee Stolfo, a dedicated registered nurse, passed away on January 25, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas. Born on June 5, 1969, in Beeville, Texas, Paul led a remarkable life filled with compassion and love for his family and others. In his early years, Paul found joy and purpose as a member of the Eagle Scouts - Order of the Arrow. This achievement laid the foundation for his future endeavors and instilled within him values of integrity and service.
Paul's career as a registered nurse allowed him to touch countless lives and make a positive impact on his patients. His dedication to his profession earned him the respect and admiration of both colleagues and patients alike. Outside of work, Paul found solace in various hobbies and interests. He had a deep love for reading fantasy books, with "Lord of the Rings" being his all-time favorite. Immersed in these tales of adventure and imagination, he allowed himself moments of escape from the demands of everyday life. Video games also held a special place in Paul's heart. He not only played them but also collected them with great enthusiasm. The digital worlds he explored were a source of enjoyment and relaxation for him. Paul was also an animal lover and had a particular fondness for Dobermans. Their loyal nature resonated with him deeply, reflecting his own unwavering loyalty towards those he held dear. Above all else, Paul cherished spending time with his beloved family. Married to Julie Stolfo for 32 years, their union was one defined by love and mutual support. Together they had two sons: Paul Lawrence Stolfo, Tanner Lee Stolfo & wife Anahi; two daughters, Charlee Stolfo & husband Bryan, Taylor Stolfo.
He is also survived by his parents, Lawrence and Karla Stolfo; his brother Michael Stolfo, a sister Laura Stolfo, and of course the light of Paul's life, his three grandchildren, Judah, Ryder, and Skylar. These precious souls brought immense happiness and pride to their doting grandfather.
To honor Paul Lee Stolfo's memory, a Memorial Service will be held 1:00 pm, January 27th, 2024, at the Church of the Blessed International in Lubbock, Texas.
Paul will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to caring for others as a registered nurse. He will be cherished for his love of literature, video games, animals, and most importantly, his devotion to family. May his gentle soul find eternal peace as we honor his memory and celebrate a life well-lived.
