Memorial Service for Juan “Johnny” Gutierrez, 62 of Lubbock will be 2:00p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at The Chapel in Broadway Funeral Directors. Cremation services we're arranged under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.

Johnny passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. Surrounded by his family.

He was born March 18, 1955 in Brownfield to the late Cristobal and Juanita Gutierrez. He was a catholic, and loved the life he lived; Going shopping, watching movies and playing with his pets was how he liked to spend his happy days. Johnny was a very generous person, his greatest joy in life however was being surrounded by his loving children and family.

He is preceded in death by his loving parents.

Johnny will be missed by his three sons Juan Gutierrez, Raymond Gutierrez and Jose Gutierrez all of Lubbock; Daughter Irma Gutierrez of Lubbock; Brothers Chris Gutierrez of Brownfield, Luis Gutierrez of Wolfforth, Alfredo Gutierrez of Lubbock, Roy Gutierrez of Georgia. Sisters Angie Sanchez of Brownfield, Phyllis Hernandez of Brownfield, Victoria G. Flores of Odessa, Venita Storey of Tyler, Eloisa Mitchell of Snook, Texas, Jasnie Garcia of New Braunfels and Geneva Gutierrez of Brownfield.
