Joshua Paul Arballo, born on August 14, 1990, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on March 5, 2026, leaving behind a legacy marked by love, creativity, and dedication.
Throughout his life, Joshua was known for his culinary artistry, having worked as a chef for over a decade in both Albuquerque and San Antonio. Most recently, he showcased his talents at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, where his skills not only satisfied appetites but also nourished the spirit of those he served. Joshua pursued his passion with the same fervor he applied to his studies at the University of New Mexico, where he focused on human health and nutrition.
Joshua's heart was as vast as his talents. He treasured his family deeply and was revered as a great brother and uncle. His bond with his siblings was unbreakable, and he often reveled in the joy that family gatherings brought. He is survived by his brothers, Joseph Arballo and his wife Miriam of Corpus Christi, and Joseph Jordan Arballo. His sister, Candace Chavez, along with her husband Lorenzo, resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He also leaves behind his best friend Francisco Martinez. Joshua’s spirit will continue to shine through his beloved niece Mikayla Serna and nephews Justin Serna, Julian Arballo, and Jaydan Arballo.
In his spare time, Joshua allowed his imagination to flow onto the pages of poetry, an expression of his thoughtful and introspective nature. He was a genuinely loving person who enjoyed the company of his family and friends, always bringing warmth and laughter into their lives.
He is preceded in death by his mother Irene Serna and brother Carlos Arballo. Their memories remain cherished in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
Joshua Paul Arballo will be remembered as a talented chef, a devoted family member, and a gentle soul whose passion for life and love for others will continue to inspire all who knew him.
