Dianna D McClendon

Dianna D. McClendon, 77, was born August 9, 1945, in Tulia, TX to Billie Jo Daniel, and was later adopted by James Daniel who loved and helped raise her as his own.  After graduating from Lubbock High School, Dianna went on to earn her associates from Texas Tech University.  She then married Ronnie George McClendon on April 9, 1966, in Lubbock and were together for 57 years. She enjoyed antiquing, gardening and reading books; but more than all, Dianna loved spending time with her family and two grandchildren.

On May 21, 2023, Dianna Dean McClendon received her promise of baptism and entered into eternal life.  Those left to cherish her loving memory are her husband, Ronnie George McClendon of Lubbock; two daughters, Marci Baugh of Lubbock, Shelli Bekendam & her husband Brad of Washington; three brothers, Tim Daniel & wife Jennye,Steve Daniel and wife Judy, Stan Daniel & wife Carole; one sister, Dawn Kingsbery & husband Ted; two grandchildren, Devin Baugh and Jonah Bekendam both of Lubbock.

Private services for Mrs. McClendon will be held at a later time.
