Ramirez, 50 of Lubbock will be 2:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Broadway Funeral Directors Chapel (1901 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas 79401) with a prayer service beginning at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2026, at Broadway Funeral Directors with Rev. Ronnie Saldana officiating. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.
Arthur S. Ramirez, a devoted family man and skilled machinist, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at the age of 50. He was born on September 6, 1975, in Lubbock. Arthur’s life was marked by dedication to his craft, unwavering love for his family, and a genuine appreciation for the simple pleasures found outdoors.
Arthur’s career as a farm equipment assembler in the agricultural industry spanned many years, during which he exhibited extraordinary skills and commitment. His contributions to the field reflected not only his technical expertise but also his diligent work ethic and profound sense of responsibility.
Beyond his professional life, Arthur was a man who cherished spending time alongside those he loved most. Whether enjoying the fresh air at the park or engaging in lively conversations with family, he found joy and fulfillment in togetherness. A passionate sports enthusiast, Arthur was a devoted fan of the Miami Dolphins, often sharing his excitement and hope with those around him.
Arthur S. Ramirez’s legacy is one of dedication, warmth, and unwavering family devotion. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him, his memory living on in the hearts of his loved ones and the community he touched.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Roy Salinas, whose memory remains a treasured part of the family’s history.
Arthur is survived by his spouse JoAnna Silvar of Lubbock; his children Isaiah Ramirez and Annalissa Ramirez both of Lubbock; and his cherished grandchildren Eric Ramirez and Emma Ramirez, who brought immense joy into his life both of Lubbock. His parents Roy Salinas of Amarillo and Margarita Ramirez of Lubbock; and a brother Larry Ramirez of Lubbock.
