Angelmira Hernandez

Angelmira Hernandez, 70 passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 in Littlefield.  Services for Mrs. Hernandez will be 10:00 am Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield with Father Brian Wood officiating.  Burial will follow in The Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Broadway Funeral Directors.  A rosary will be held 7:00 pm Friday, May 4, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Littlefield.

Angelmira was born January 27, 2018 in Taft to Valdemiro & Santiaga Martinez.  She married John Hernandez on October 21, 1972 in Littlefield and worked as a seamstress for most of her life. She enjoyed coloring, knitting, baking and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. An amazing woman, she was loved by many  and will truly be missed.

She is survived by her husband, John Hernandez of Littlefield; her mother, Santiaga Martinez; two sons, John Andrew Hernandez of Plainview, Rene Hernandez of Lubbock; two daughters, Melonie Hernandez Breen of Dallas, Debbie A. Limon of Sudan; one brother, Raymond Porras of CO; six sisters, Angelina Gonzales of Waxahachie, Stella Martinez of Littlefield, Alicia Pacheco of Amarillo, Margaret Trevino of CO, Virginia Trevino of CO, Carolina Martinez of OK; twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Valdemiro Martinez
