Our staff is always caring for each family that visits our facility. Due to the current pandemic; we have implemented extra housekeeping and disinfecting of our facilities. Like always, we have directed our staff to wash hands and pursue good hygiene not only for themselves but for the families that we serve. We have always used universal precautions when handling your loved ones and will continue for the safety of our staff and for the families which we are serving.

During these times, we ask that everyone assist us in keeping these safeguards by abiding to the protocols listed below:

  • If you feel ill, have a fever or experience any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending any funeral, and socially distance yourself from others until you have made a full recovery
  • Please refrain from bringing in any outside drinks or food. Individual water bottles will be available by request and served by our staff ensuring that proper sanitation is maintained.
  • Please limit contact between visitors and family members of the deceased to keep from spreading of the virus by personal contact. Use words of comfort instead of hugs.

As mandated by Governor Abbot, service gatherings will be limited to 10 people. We currently are recommending a private service in our chapel for family members in order to stay within the regulations put in place. We will continue to update our services as the weeks go by and will inform our families of any changes.

Visitations will unfortunately be held for immediate family members of the deceased and friends are encouraged to sign our register book online. You can share condolences and even share pictures and memories as well. Please visit broadwayfuneraldirectors.com in order to pay your respects.

Young children, elderly or those with jeopardized health are encouraged to please stay home.

Our families will be able to make service arrangements in our office, or to avoid direct personal contact, we can easily make arrangements over the phone and in the convenience of their own homes.

Please remember that after someone experiences a death in their family, encouragement in knowing they are not alone is needed. If you are unable or decide against attending a funeral or memorial service, please support our families with phone calls, cards, or once again by visiting our website. broadwayfuneraldirectors.com here, you can send flowers, sign guest book or even send meals showing our families that they are still being remembered during these difficult times.

We will continue to update our plans of action and protocols as new information is made available to us!

Thank you and God bless.
