Our staff is always caring for each family that visits our facility. Due to the current pandemic; we have implemented extra housekeeping and disinfecting of our facilities. Like always, we have directed our staff to wash hands and pursue good hygiene not only for themselves but for the families that we serve. We have always used universal precautions when handling your loved ones and will continue for the safety of our staff and for the families which we are serving.
During these times, we ask that everyone assist us in keeping these safeguards by abiding to the protocols listed below:
As per state regulations, we are currently open at 50% capacity but are still ensuring a safe space to have visitations and services. We still encourage people to be safe and continue using sanitary precautions when meeting and or greeting other people.
Young children, elderly or those with jeopardized health are encouraged to please stay home.
Our families will be able to make service arrangements in our office, or to avoid direct personal contact, we can easily make arrangements over the phone and in the convenience of their own homes.
Please remember that after someone experiences a death in their family, encouragement in knowing they are not alone is needed. If you are unable or decide against attending a funeral or memorial service, please support our families with phone calls, cards, or once again by visiting our website. broadwayfuneraldirectors.com here, you can send flowers, sign guest book or even send meals showing our families that they are still being remembered during these difficult times.
We will continue to update our plans of action and protocols as new information is made available to us!
Thank you and God bless.
